Paint Schemes

7 posts in this topic

Recently we sparked the discussion of who loved/hated Hearn's new black paint scheme. I got to thinking who my favorites, and yours, this season, or all time, were.

I love Timmy Hindley's white and orange 1H he runs at OCFS. Also, I'm a big fan of Elmo Reckner's cars, always sharp and clean.

Who else wants to weigh in?

All time: Rick Chilmonik, a sportsman driver during the 80's at Flemington, had the sickest hand painted scheme ever. It was so sick, in fact, that Stock Car Magazine did an article on how sick it was. Wasn't a stitch of vinyl on it either.

Now: Carey Terrance's cars are the sickest I've seen over the last few years.

My fav car color is this clear car they showed at rolling wheels.

But as my fav paint scheme it would have to be the car tim fuller won his first vic 200.

I've always liked Jumpin' Jack's orange and white schemes as far as a particular color combo goes.

My favorite "paint job" was the paint job that Tremont's 115 had for the first 20-something years of it's existence.

"Drivin Ivan" Little's Black & Flame #61 was always a Niagara area favorite.

Wyatt Earp's Syke #1 Black and Pink was also a favorite of mine.
