Thanks everyone for your help.  Within 2 minutes of sending an email to support@dirtvision.com, my subscription was cancelled.  I understand they are having an issue with account@dirtvision.com.

i too went the support@dirtvision.com and within a couple minutes got a reply. i also mentioned in my request to allow subscribers to cancel on their own as this is an issue every time i cancel. sounds like they're doing a redesign and will take this into consideration

Crickets.  No cancellation reply back thus far.  I must be on the "pain in the a$$ list" .

WAIT There is hope if one keeps hammering away.

We had some issues with the account email, but they have since been resolved. Your subscription has been canceled and you will no longer be billed. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Statton87 I like your suggestion of :----  --allow subscribers to cancel on their own as this is an issue every time i cancel.
