Well all of you socialists said it was complete lunacy to think a vaccine would be available in 2020. That no administration could push it through that quickly. Now.....no credit, and not enough doses administered. The left move the goal posts constantly it’s laughable.

Lol Always gotta throw that S word around to scare people because you don’t like something

Oh, Jesus. If anti-vaxxer stupidity was around decades ago, diseases like polio, tuberculosis, whooping cough and many more would still be a common occurrence in this country,.

I skimmed this mess... At the end of the day, here's the deal. 70% of the population needs to be vaccinated if you ever want anything close to normal again. End of story.

If only your brain would do what it's designed to do...

Declare Marshall Law. run a new election for President, remove ALL members of Congress & have new elections under strict supervision of the Supreme Court.....Americans have seen enough evidence of corruption to be deserving of a do-over of the total government!!!!!

By nobody being quite sure you mean 99.999% of the people in the world know with 100% certainty who the next president will be.

And if it was rigged it was the worst rig job of all time. Why not flip the whole damn thing? It’s absolute lunacy for almost anyone looking from the outside in.

Not quite....it was done exactly how it needed to be done, with a huge number of mail in ballots from people who don’t vote or are not supposed to vote. Once again if you believe that cities full of people who can’t stop from shooting each other correctly filled out ballots and sent them in on time....for the first time ever....your just lying to yourself.

You try to hide the S word and claim liberal policies are just what this country was built off of. They are not. A lot of liberals now openly admit to be socialists, just admit it and stop claiming otherwise.

Just mandate people to vote the way we always did, guaranteed the outcome will switch. When you allow other people to mail in ballots for people who never voted, and do not demand one form of identification to do so, this is what happens. These people want us to believe sleepy joe had more support in the cities than Obama.....give me a break.

Vaccines usually take years to make sure there are no life threatening side effects. They have barely test either of the vaccines that are currently out now. Already some severe "allergic" side effects have happen to front line workers.

I support people's rights to get vaccinated, I believe in vaccination. But I don't believe in something like this being rushed without proper testing. Anti-Vaxers are people who won't give a vaccine to their child do to a crack pot who fudged together numbers to try to prove a theory that has no standing in the Medical World. Me not wanting the vaccine right now is do to very limited testing and no idea what the long term affects are.

And now in Europe you already have a mutated version of Covid 19 that this vaccine might have no defense against.

Agreed for the most part. Technically there are 2 paths to immunity.

Mayo Clinic website says estimate is that 70% of the population has to achieve immunity to halt the virus.

https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/coronavirus/in-depth/herd-immunity-and-coronavirus/art-20486808

Immunity can be achieved through vaccination or naturally through being infected and then developing antibodies.

So right now the US has about 5% that have recovered (~18.5M). So the remaining ~65% either need the vaccine or the infection and then recovery.

my work asked me Wednesday if I was planning to get the vaccine since we are technically "essential".

my stance is this. I'm not 40 yet. I run between 15 and 20 miles a week. I wear a mask when required. After the healthcare workers, elderly, and medically vulnerable get the vaccine and it's "my turn"....I would let others go first who are genuinely worried about COVID. If after that they still need people to get the vaccine for herd immunity then I would certainly get the vaccine.

So I just don't think it is as simple as are you "anti-vax" or "pro-science"? I think there are a lot of people like me. We will do our part but we are not hyper concerned about COVID.

I agree completely. The people who are most vulnerable should absolutely get it first. Then the rest of the population who chooses to get it. I don’t think there is going to be a problem getting 70% of the population to vaccinate. I just find it funny that so many of the people crying about listening to the science.....then want to question whether this vaccine is safe because of the speedy development (Kinda like Cuomo). If science is your baseline go get the shot. If you don’t believe in this vaccine don’t get it and don’t bitch if you get covid. Same goes for some of the Trump supporters, you can’t claim this vaccine as an accomplishment and then refuse to get it. Just go get the damn thing so we can get back to normal.

Nobody is quite sure who the president will be. Trump says it will be him. Biden says it will be Kamala Harris, and Harris is missing so it’s still up in the air. I will agree with you though....I did believe he would win, I didn’t take into account the Democratic Party would fill out and cast votes for hundreds of thousands of people along with thousands of illegal immigrants. If that’s the new method of voting from here on out then then we will be socialists in no time. I’m a Republican, but fortunately I make good money no matter who is in office. You just gotta be clever to keep it now. If your not, the government will make me hand it out to all of you.

Its all just one big Illusion by the GOP Socialist party. The money machine and the Corporate Give-a-ways have been churning full speed ahead.  Honest Abe's Corporate Welfare System (also known as Tax Cuts for Wealthy Corporations and their CEO's) have solidified his legacy and that of the GOP Party with a 2020 Budget Deficit of $3.1 Trillion which is the largest in US History.  That has helped the Federal Debt climb to  $21 Trillion this month.  Whatever happened to the simple rule of thumb that you cant have more going out than you have coming in?

We threw that out when we decided to not only fully support all the lazy pieces of shit in this country.....but all of them across the world. Hence why the new covid bill has more money heading overseas than to American taxpayers. These practices started many administrations ago. All of you cancel culture, apologetic, politically correct, abolish history, lazy, socialist supporters will get exactly what you have asked for. The handouts will come from us working people, you will stay suppressed and the rich and ambitious will continue to thrive. You don’t even know what your voting for. It’s hilarious.

I don't much less care if it's Clinton or Reagan's fault. I've been stuck with so many damn needles in the last year and a half, 3 surgeries, teeth pulled, and half my blood drawn. 1 or 2 more aint gonna make much difference. It has gone way bad in my county. I know people that got it, people that are quarantined because they been around it, another friend's dad died last week from it. Effects everyone different. Rushed vaccine or not. I'll take my chances with it when available. What's the difference? Side effect from vaccine or maybe dead from virus, or pass it on to someone ? There is no guarantee healthy or not how it gonna effect you.

Will do......

I bet the guy in the picture went to work the day after your photo was taken. That’s far more than can be said for most of you that are on the opposite side. That passion comes from watching his tax dollars being handed out to the left.

I don't know how you can talk about people being allowed in the stands without talking about the vaccine too, because one ain't happening without the other. Just sayin'...

One thing that HASN'T been discussed so far is what good the vaccine will be with people who have already had the virus. I am 98% sure I am one of them. I had all of the symptoms before we ever knew there was a problem back in October of 2019 and speaking with 2 friends who were treated in the hospital for Covid, I also have the same residual crap that they have.

Probably not, the the last few posts before I locked it had a lot more to do with Red vs. Blue that it did whether or not the vaccine was going to be the answer, so I shut it down.
