King of the Hill Championship Night at Freedom Motorsports Park on Friday September 1

DELEVAN, NY – The Prime Time Energy Services Outlaw Modifieds return for the third annual Budweiser King of the Hill Championship Night at Freedom Motorsports Park on Friday, September 1. The Prime Time Energy Services Outlaw Modified, Tidds Towing DIRTcar Sportsman, Pioneer Ford Street Stock and the Danny Heineman & Sons Mini Stock crowns are all up for grabs on the final regular racing program of the year. The green flag is scheduled for 7:30 pm on Friday, September 1.

Budweiser is the King of Beers and is proudly brewed in twelve cities across the United States. Many Budweiser products are available at the Freedom Checkered Flag Food Court including Bud, Bud Lite, Busch and Busch Lite.

In the Prime Time Energy Services Outlaw Modifieds, there are four drivers in the hunt for the track championship. Adam Hilton of Buffalo leads Ron Cartwright Jr. of Portageville by 32, Shayne Pierce of St. Catherines, Ontario by 37 and Billy Van Pelt of Westfield, Pennsylvania by 47 in the first year of the widely competitive Outlaw Modifieds.

Defending Tidds Towing DIRTcar Sportsman track champion Brad Rouse of St. Catherines, Ontario is looking to pick up his second title in a row. His advantage over Adam Leslie of Port Colborne, Ontario is 26 and Kyle Inman of Darien is 40 points back.

The Pioneer Ford Street Stocks have the most drivers eligible to take the title. Dennis Cummings of Wellsville leads Ted Mascho of Hinsdale by 20, Rob Stromecki of Freedom by 22, Steve Sklar of Hinsdale by 47 and Bill Taylor of Arcade by 51.

Two drivers have a shot at the crown in the Danny Heineman & Sons Mini Stocks. Only 14 points separate 2015 track champion Holden Heineman of Sardinia and defending title holder Brad Shepard of Leroy.

On Friday September 8, Mesler Trucking and Bob McKerrow & Sons RV present the Patriot Sprints, Crate Late Models and NY6A Micro Sprints. The Patriot Sprint championship will be decided that night and the combination of Sprints and the new clay surface is bound to produce the fastest speeds seen all year.

Note a change to the schedule, as the inaugural “Big Dog Saturday” at Freedom Motorsports Park will take place on September 16. The ULMS Murphy’s Logging Super Late Models will make their third appearance of the year and will be joined by the Prime Time Energy Services Outlaw Modifieds, Pioneer Ford Street Stocks and the Danny Heineman & Sons Mini Stocks. It’s not often you get to see the high horsepower duo of Super Late Models and Outlaw Modifieds on the same race night in New York and this is one event you don’t want to miss. The night is brought to you by Previty’s Auto Wrecking, Murphy’s Logging, Upstate Auto Group and Dialed Designs.

Bring the family out for a great night of racing at the area’s fastest 1/3 mile clay oval. Grandstands for Championship Night open at 6:00 pm and racing starts at 7:30. Adult grandstand admission for this event is only $13, $12 for Seniors, $7 for Students (9-15) and kids under 8 are admitted free.
