WOODHULL, NY – Woodhull Raceway welcomes local employer Navient to celebrate local racing at Woodhull Raceway on Saturday, June 16. Visitors will enjoy a night at the races and learn more about Navient and its job opportunities.
Employees from Navient will be on hand with a display on the midway to pass out job applications and share information about why they chose Navient for their career.
“Navient is a customer-focused company,” said Kristen Jennings, talent acquisition recruiter, Navient. “We’re looking for people who have the drive and winning attitude to help our customers on the path to financial success.”
Less than a week from Saturday’s race, Navient’s local Horseheads location will also hold open interviews. Open interviews will take place on Thursday, June 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at their location at 325 Daniel Zenker Drive. Those interested in interviewing may call ahead at 607-562-4904 and must bring photo ID to their interview.
Bear’s Auto Body Front Wheel Drive point leader, Adam DelGrosso, has been part of Navient for more than 12 years.
“I didn’t think Navient would turn into a career when I first got hired there,” said DelGrosso. It is a great place to work, where they are proud of their people. We are an industry leader at Navient because our team drives results- just like I do on Saturday nights on the High Banks of Woodhull Raceway.”
