The Final Two Runs to the Divisional Championships Starts Friday August 24 at Freedom Motorsports Park

DELEVAN, NY – The pressure is mounting on the competitors as only two point nights of racing remain in the 2018 season at Freedom Motorsports Park. The Prime Time Energy Services Outlaw Modifieds headline the card after a one week absence this Friday, August 24. Joining the Prime Time Energy Services Outlaw Modifieds on Dialed Designs and Marcos Pizza night will be the Dialed Designs DIRTcar Sportsman, Cummings Trucking Street Stocks and the Danny Heineman & Sons Mini Stocks. The green flag is scheduled for 7:30 pm.

Dialed Designs provides racing apparel and accessories to the motorsport fan and participant. Drivers such as Brad Rouse, Phil Vigneri III, Brian Bellinger, Cody Egner and Jesse Quetermos utilize their apparel. In the Prime Time Energy Services Modifieds, Billy Van Pelt, on the strength of five wins leads Phil Vigneri III by 60 points. It has been a breakout season for Vigneri III as he has picked up a couple of Modified wins including his first ever at Freedom. Defending track champion Adam Hilton along with Dillon Groover and John Venuto complete the top five in the standings.

Brad Rouse is looking to garner his third straight Dialed Designs DIRTcar Sportsman championship and his five wins have propelled him to a 45 marker lead over Kyle Inman who has one victory. Austyn Fugle, rookie Josh Wilcox (one win) and Cody Egner are second through fifth in the standings.

Sophomore driver Bill Taylor leads the Cummings Trucking Street Stocks. Taylor has two wins on the season and a 49 point lead on Joe Chamberlain. Bill Demick (one win), defending track champion Dennis Cummings (two wins) and Ted Mascho (one win) hold the top five in the standings. Only 53 points separate the top four drivers.

Matt Mowery is in front of the Danny Heineman & Sons Mini Stocks. His lead is only two points over Duane Powers who has two victories. Defending track champion Holden Heineman, Dylan Strade and Chris Leone (two wins) complete the top five. Only 35 points separate the top three.

Bring the family out for a great night of racing at the area’s fastest 1/3 mile clay oval. Grandstands open at 6:00 pm and racing starts at 7:30. Adult grandstand admission is only $14, $13 for Seniors, $7 for Students (9-15) and kids under 8 are admitted free.
