Hearn Scores Albany-Saratoga and Lebanon Valley Titles Bringing Total to 52

SUSSEX, NJ – During the waning days of August, champion dirt track Modified driver Brett Hearn won a pair of season-long point championships—at Lebanon Valley Speedway (West Lebanon, New York) and Albany-Saratoga Speedway (Malta, New York). They were the 51st and 52nd track championships of his professional racing career which dates from 1975.

The Modified championship at Lebanon Valley Speedway was Hearn’s seventh consecutive and 13th overall at the high-banked one-half-mile track. It also tied his previous record of seven consecutive Modified titles at Orange County Fair Speedway (Middletown, New York).

At Albany-Saratoga Speedway, where he is the all-time feature race winner with 133 victories, Hearn recorded his eighth Modified championship.

Hearn has won track point championships at Orange County Fair Speedway (15 Modified, seven 358 Modified, one Sportsman), Lebanon Valley Speedway (13 Modified, two 358 Modified), Albany-Saratoga Speedway (eight Modified), Rolling Wheels Raceway (two Modified), Utica-Rome (New Venture) Speedway (one Modified, one 358 Modified), Accord Speedway (one Modified), and Nazareth Raceway (one Sportsman).
