Ryan Hill / FOURWIDE PR – 2019 was the fourth year of Allison Ricci raising funds and awareness for Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation, and with over $12,000 raised this year the four year total has exceeded $40,000.
Annually Allison replaces her standard Halmar International #55 body with a special pink body in the fall , attends charity events , donates her race winnings , and sells special merchandise whose profits go towards Miles of Hope. As much hard work Allison and the #55 team put into their efforts , they recognize that none of this would be possible without all of the race fans that purchased items, stopped by and talked and shared her social media posts shinning a light on the great work by the people at Miles of Hope.
From Allison :
“ I am happy to say that we have raised $12k to donate to Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation!! Thank You to everyone that contributed to raise this much money, the most that we have done, for the past 4 years we have raised over $40k for this wonderful foundation. Thank You again everyone!
Thank You to Halmar Racing and Chris Larsen for allowing me to do this every year. I also have to thank One Zee Tees for always making the amazing breast cancer shirts to sell every year , and thanks to Simplicity Designs for the wonderful breast cancer awareness wrap for the car. Lastly, Thank You to my Mom for all her dedication into the selling of the merchandise.
This year’s car had a huge meaning behind it , our very close friend Nicole was diagnosed with breast cancer for the third time. This ones for you Nicole. #teamnicole #thirdtimesacharm “
