AKWESASNE, NY – The after effects of a long cold winter in the North Country have forced MIR officials and promoters of the 1st Annual Atomic Spring Clash to reduce the format and postpone the events until Sunday, May 4th, 2014. Susquehanna, PA…The harsh spring weather has taken its toll on many area race tracks and Penn Can Speedway can be added to the list. Work crews have been feverishly working on the wall reconstruction project but have faced setbacks with unexpected snow and rain in the forecast. On tap was an open practice session for anyone who wanted to take advantage of the season opening opportunity.
