BARBERVILLE, FL – Feb. 21, 2012 – Billy Moyer of Batesville, Ark., resumed his winning ways at Volusia Speedway Park on Tuesday night, rolling to victory in the second 30-lap DIRTcar UMP Late Model feature of the 41st UNOH DIRTcar Nationals Presented by Summit Racing Equipment. DIRTcar Northeast is prepared to announce what is happening to the $25,000 that Stewart Friesen was fined after winning the SEF Small Engine Fuels 200 in Syracuse last month. The money is being split evenly among the 15 teams already receiving points fund money at the year-end banquet. It equals $1,650 per driver.
