Genesee Speedway gears up for general rules meeting and annual meet and greet.

Genesee Speedway will be holding their annual rules meeting and meet and greet on Sunday February 11th, 2007 at the Batavia Party House, 5762 East Main Road (Route 5).approx. 3 miles east of the speedway. The meeting will start at 1pm and the staff will hang around to answer any questions until 5pm.
This is your opportunity to purchase your D.I.R.T. and Genesee Speedway licenses, as well as signing up for season passes and meeting the new staff at Genesee Speedway.
Genesee Speedway staff will discuss any rule changes and conduct changes for the 2007 schedule for all classes and will answer any questions about your safety equipment. Any driver unsure whether their safety equipment such as shoes, fire suit, helmet, belts or other safety equipment is encourage to bring them to the meeting to have them checked by the staff.
Also in addition to the meeting, we will also have some tables available for venders with racing products for sale. Any vendor wishing to display products should contact Mike Lauterborn at mike@sprint41.com or call (585) 426-2430.
Genesee Speedway’s 2007 season will get under way with practice dates on April 14th and 22nd and the 2007 Points Season will be the season opener on April 28th.
Genesee Speedway also will be hosting an open 360 sprint car race on August 25th that will see the heavy hitters from the American Sprint Car Series Patriots, Empire Super Sprints and Southern Ontario Sprints. This will be a show you shouldn’t miss.
