February 23, 2007 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Pulaski, PA).FASTRAK Northeast Co-Directors Vicki Emig and Mike Leone today announced that B.W.R. Performance Center in Canfield, Ohio will be the official Goodyear Tire supplier of the FASTRAK Northeast Region for Late Models for the upcoming 2007 season.

Owned by Bob Williams, B.W.R. will stock both the Goodyear G50 and G45 tires. The G50 will be mandatory at weekly-sanctioned events at Raceway 7, Freedom Raceway, and McKean County Raceway and optional at Dog Hollow Speedway. The G50 or G45 is mandatory at all Touring events. Both tires will retail for $125. B.W.R. will have the tires available throughout the week and at all Touring events. Williams expects to have the tires available for sale by early March.

"Originally we were going to house the Goodyear Tires at our Northeast Region headquarters," stated Emig. "However, it just made more sense for us to allow someone that already sells tires and is familiar with the business to take on the role. It alleviates a lot of pressure off us and will allow us to concentrate more on the Touring events and business at hand."

The 15-event Touring Series will kick off on Saturday, April 28 at McKean County Raceway and is expected to conclude at the East Smethport, Pa. facility as part of the track's "Fall Classic" on Friday, September 28. The July 4 "Yankee 40" will highlight the season with a $5,000 to-win feature at Mercer Raceway Park. The 2007 inaugural Northeast Champion will also pocket $5,000 at the conclusion of the season and will firmly establish himself in the running for the $50,000 National Championship in late October.

"FASTRAK is the greatest thing to hit this area in my 30-some year racing career," acknowledged Williams. "A lot of racers are quitting as today's high costs to field competitive race cars are putting them out of business. This program should help keep more racing into the future. I know I was going to quit myself as a racer/car owner, but decided to give FASTRAK a shot when it was announced in the fall. This is a privilege for me to be able to sell the tires to the racers at an affordable cost."

Williams was the first commit to the Touring Series when it was announced in late November. His car will be driven by one of the region's best racers in Alan Dellinger, a.k.a. Jim Dandy, Jr., who has won in super late models, big-block modifieds, e-mods, and stock cars. Williams, who has competed in various divisions both on dirt and asphalt tracks across the country including racing with ARCA, has not ruled out that he may step behind the wheel for some weekly-sanctioned events.

B.W.R. Performance Center is located less than five miles from the Route 11 & 224 junction in Canfield, Ohio at 9725 Western Reserve Road. Williams can be reached at 330-509-1999 or e-mail to bwrracing@prodigy.net.
