( Sarver , PA ) Continued snowy, cold & wet weather has forced Lernerville Speedway to cancel their “Fab Four” Racing event scheduled for Friday, April 13, 2007 for the second week in a row. Opening night for the Budweiser Points for the Commercial Truck & Trailer-sprints, Friedman’s Supermarket-late models, Ferrante Motor Cars-modifieds and the Advance Auto Parts-pure stocks will now be on Friday, April 20th with hot laps at 7:00 pm and racing at 7:30 pm.
Excitement continues to build for the “Showdown in Sarvertown” slated for this Tuesday, April 17, 2007 as the 360 OTC World of Outlaws late models roll into Lernerville Speedway for a 50-lap, $10,000 to the win event sponsored by Y108 and Pepsi. The UMP Modifieds will share the race card capping their night off with a 20-lap feature event that will pay $800 to winner. The UMP drivers will pull a pill for their heat race starting spot. Qualifying for the late models will begin at 7:15 pm with racing at 8 pm. Pit Gates open at 4 pm with the grandstands opening at 5 pm.
