VERNON , NY- For the third consecutive year, the Nye Automotive Group of Oneida NY will provide the official pace vehicle for the Utica-Rome Speedway. This season, a 2007 Ford F150 four door pickup truck will pace the field every Sunday evening at “The Action Track of the East”.

Utica-Rome Speedway is schedule to begin its 46th year on April 22 with the 358-Modifieds opening the season with a 46 lap contest worth $2,500 to the victor. Also scheduled to compete on Mirabito “The Energy Leader” night are the Sportsman, Pro Stocks, Pure Stocks, and IMCA Modifieds. Points will start in all divisions. Gates will open at 1 p.m. with racing at 4 p.m.
