OHIO SPEEDWAY OPERATORS TO MEET MAY 22, HEAR FROM ANSPAUGH
ROSSBURG, OH (May 7) -- On the heels of a successful April meeting, speedway operators from throughout the state of Ohio will meet again May 22 to officially structure their organization. The 6:00 PM meeting will be held at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, OH and the keynote speaker will be attorney Don Anspaugh from the Columbus, OH law firm Isaac, Brant, Ledman and Teetor.
A unanimous vote from the April attendees prompted the May 22 meeting, at which time the group will vote upon an official name, structure their business plan and select a Board of Directors.
Representatives from Deerfield Speedway, Wayne County Speedway and US 35 Raceway will then update the assemblage about their pending legal issues prior to Anspaugh’s address.
Anspaugh defends owners and promoters of sports and amusement facilities against liability claims in all Ohio state and federal courts. Don’s practice is rounded out by a wide variety of litigation matters, including general insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage matters.
Additional information regarding the May 22 meeting may be obtained by contacting Larry Boos at Eldora Speedway (mail@eldoraspeedway.com).
