Mercer, PA.For the second straight day, rain showers washed out action Sunday at Mercer Raceway Park. The All-American "Spring Nationals" World Championship Pulling event will now be contested on Monday, Memorial Day.
Times have been bumped up with gates opening at 2:30 p.m. and pulling beginning at 5 p.m. On the card will be the Big Rig Semis, Smoker Tractors, Street Semis, and the 4x4 Diesel Trucks. Adult admission is $15. Students 6-15 are $7. The family pass is $35. Children five and under are free. Pit passes are $22.
Mercer Raceway Park is located minutes from both Interstate 79 and 80 just off Route 19 on Fairground Road in Mercer, Pa. Dirt track racing and quality family entertainment are presented weekly late March through September.
