Bloomfield loses to mother nature.

BLOOMFIELD RAINED OUT FOR JUNE 1



BLOOMFIELD, Iowa (June 1) - Due to heavy rainfall and extremely wet
conditions, officials at the Mountain Dew Bloomfield Speedway have canceled
the races for Friday, June 1.



Action will continue next Friday, June 8, at the Mountain Dew Bloomfield
Speedway as Crop Services presents the USRA Casey's General Stores Weekly
Racing Series featuring USRA Modifieds, USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods, USRA
Hobby Stocks and Hornets, plus the return of the Mid-America 305 Winged
Sprints.



Gates will open at 5 p.m., with hot laps at 6:30 and racing at 7:00.



Race day info is available by calling the track hotline at 641-664-2500 or
online at www.rlpromotions.com/bloomfield. The Mountain Dew Bloomfield
Speedway is located 1.0 mile west of Bloomfield on US 63/SR 2, then 0.8 mile
north on CR J40 (at the Davis County Fairgrounds).
