June 4, 2007 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Pulaski, PA).After a successful debut on May 25 at Raceway 7, the FASTRAK Northeast Touring Series resumes this Friday night, June 8 with it's first ever event at Freedom Raceway in Delevan, New York.

Dan Hoffman's Freedom Raceway is one the Northeast Region's four weekly-sanctioned FASTRAK Late Models tracks. Freedom has hosted four events thus far with Greg Oakes victorious twice and single victories going to John Lacki and Bump Hedman. Those four racers along with track regulars like Mike Wonderling, John Haggerty, and Jon Law will have the upper hand when the top Touring Series regulars invade the Southern Tier oval Friday night.

Freedom will be new territory for many of the Touring racers, which should turn out interesting possibly allowing for an upset by one of the Freedom regulars, who would love to collect the $1,500 to-win payday in the 25-lap feature. Drivers will draw pills to determine the heat race lineups and the top 12 drivers from the heat races will redraw for the first 12 starting spots of the feature.

Dick Barton of Ashville, New York is off to the early point lead in the Touring Series and will be joined by top runners Alan Dellinger, Jay Watson, Todd Andrews, Rodney Phillips, Carl McKinney, Mark Osburn, Kyle Drum, Tom Snyder, Jr., John Watson, Steve Hollabaugh, and others.

"We're looking forward to making the trip Friday to Freedom," expressed Northeast Co-Director Mike Leone. "Dan is a strong supporter of FASTRAK and he's been good enough to book two Touring events both of which will pay $1,500 to-win."

The Goodyear G45 or G50 tires are mandatory for the event. They will be available at the track for $125 each. There is a $75 entry fee for the event.

Feature payoff for Freedom: 1. $1,500 2. $800 3. $500 4. $400 5. $370 6. $335 7. $315 8. $300 9. $270 10. $250 11, $235 12. $225 13. $200 14. $170 15. $165 16. $160 17. $155 18-24 $150.

Raceway 7 will not be running their weekly-sanctioned show Friday night allowing their regulars to compete in the first of two Touring Series events at Freedom. Gates open at 5 p.m. Friday night with racing set for 7:30 p.m. Freedom Raceway is located 3.9 miles south of SR 39 on SR 16 to signal light in Delevan, then 2.4 miles east, then .5 mile south on Bixby Road. "We're thrilled to part of the debut of FASTRAK here in the Northeast," exclaimed FASTRAK Northeast Region Co-Director Vicki Emig. "FASTRAK has a wonderful model that works fabulous in the South and is expanding all over the country. Everything has taken off so fast here and obviously there have been some kinks, but everyone's learning and wanting to make this the best for the future. We've helped make this transition as smooth as possible here being the communication center between the tracks, drivers, sponsors, and corporate."

The 2007 FASTRAK Northeast Touring Series Champion will earn $5,000 amongst the 10-position- paying point fund. Well over $10,000 in contingencies has already been rounded up including two chassis.
