GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas (June 25) – Ten Wednesday points shows have been
added to the schedule at Grand Prairie Speedway.
IMCA Modifieds, Jeff’s Performance Southern SportMods, IMCA Sunoco
Stock Cars and IMCA Hobby Stocks will take to the track July 11, 18
and 25; Aug. 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29; and Sept. 12 and 19.
National, regional, Smiley’s Racing Products state and local track
points will be awarded each night. Track points earned on Wednesday
will be separate from those earned during Friday programs at Grand
Prairie, so track champions will be crowned based on final standings
for each night.
Gates will open at 6 p.m. on Wednesdays, hot laps are at 7:15 p.m.,
racing starts at 8:30 p.m. and shows should be completed by 10:30
p.m. Pit passes are $20 and grandstand admission is $7. Concession
stands will be open and fuel will be available.
