Heavy Rain Washes Out Wednesday Night’s First-Ever UMP DIRTcar Racing Summernationals Event At Lake Ozark Speedway

UMP DIRTcar Racing Summernationals action at Lake Ozark Speedway will have to wait until next year.

Heavy rain and the likelihood of more forced officials to cancel Wednesday night’s scheduled 40-lap event at the one-third-mile oval.

The show was to be the first-ever UMP DIRTcar Racing Summernationals program at Lake Ozark Speedway.

With the Summernationals schedule already jammed to its conclusion on July 14 and Lake Ozark ’s geographic location making a return trip difficult, UMP officials announced that the race will not be rescheduled in 2007.
