Newberrytown, PA (June 30, 2007) – Stock Car Saturday night at the Susquehanna Speedway Park under a full moon and a large crowd saw Scott Richwine returning to victory lane for the third time this season. Paul Morgan won his third Street Stock feature in the last four events. Michael Goodwin bested the Xtreme Stock Car field in the 25-lap feature event. Ronnie Buck won the Four Cylinder Stock Car feature over John Henry. Kendra Knaub won her second XSC Rookie Rumble race and Van Baker picked up the win in the Great American School Bus Race.

In the 20-lap Late Model feature event, Bud Witmer jumped out to the early lead from the pole position over Chuck Yingling. A six car accident on the first lap slowed the field. This would be the first caution of eleven in the race. Most were for single car spins. Witmer was able to hold the lead until lap 8 when Scott Richwine made the pass. Richwine started tenth in the race. Carl Billet came from the eleventh place starting position to finish second. Carl Graves, Jake Jones and Sam Leonard, Jr. rounded out the top five. Finishing sixth through tenth were Gene Knaub, Bud Witmer, Mike Walls, Gary Potts and Kyle Saylor.

In the 20-lap Street Stock feature, a multi-car pileup in turn 3 slowed the race similar to the Late Model feature event. The red flag period allowed crews to make necessary repairs to continue. On the restart, Justin Rhoads led the first lap. Dustin Hollinger took the lead on the second lap and was pursued closely by Joey Hoffer. On the ninth lap, Paul Morgan overtook Hoffer for second. Morgan started fifteenth. Morgan took the lead from Hollinger on the fifteenth lap and held on for the victory. Holliger finished second with George Eash in third. Eash came all the way from an eighteenth place starting spot. Brian Hauenstein and Joey Hoffer rounded out the top five. The next five spots went to Todd Bowersox, Wes Alleman, Scott Thunberg, Steven Dove and Carmen Caltabiano.

In the an exciting 25-lap Xtreme Stock Car feature that took three tries on the initial start, Bill Fulton led the first tow laps. Ray Broderick led the third and Charlie Pensinger took over on the fourth lap. Pensinger continued to lead the pack of seven cars until he turned over the lead to Michael Goodwin on the tenth circuit. Donnie Broderick finally shook loose from the pack and closed in on Goodwin at the end. Goodwin held off Broderick for his third win of the season over Broderick. Sam Rial finished third. Charlie Pensinger came home in fourth, followed by Ray Broderick in fifth.

In a very competitive 15-lap Four Cylinder Stock Car feature event, Gary Hawell jumped out to the early lead. Ronnie Buck grabbed the lead on the fourth circuit and never looked back although he was pursued closely for the remainder of the event by John Henry. At the finish Henry settled for second behind Buck. Hawell finished third with Ed Hollenbach and Dale Kreiser rounding out the top five.

Kendra Knaub won the 15-lap XSC Rookie Rumble over John Stoll, Jr. and Adam Doll.

Van Baker won the 10-lap Great American School Bus Race.
