Rich Vleck, TULSA, Okla. (July 6, 2007)- Being an advertiser on Times Square in New York City is prime sponsorship, but it requires plenty of cash, up until now.
Red Bear Hand Cleaner, ASCS Patriot Nightly sponsor and presenter of the Hard Charger of the Season Award, was recently recognized by Dell Computers as one of America’s Top 300 Small Businesses. As part of this special honor, they will have their business advertised on a grand video board in the heart of New York City.
“This is very exciting for us right now, you can’t buy exposure like this,” said Deane Benbenek from Red Bear Inc. “We feel this will help to boost our business and allow us to do more with the ASCS Patriots as we continue our partnership.”
Red Bear, which employs just three individuals, was selected by the Dell for their revolutionary product coupled with their quality working conditions and aggressive promotions.
Based out of Cobleskill, NY, Red Bear representatives have been able to appear at a number of ASCS Patriot races so far in 2007, including having their product on display at Penn Can Speedway back in June.
“The face of our company is very much in motorsports, especially with the ASCS Patriots so I think it helps out the series a lot as well to find more ways to cross promote,” said Benbenek of this rare occasion.
Among the items displayed on the video board around the clock this upcoming Monday and Tuesday, so to will the Red Bear slogan: Hard-working hands haven’t changed, they just look different.
Some of the hands have looked different on the ASCS Patriot tour already this season, with nine different competitors collecting Red Bear product for receiving the Clean Finish=Clean Hands Nightly Award. This also goes along with their other slogan: We get dirty guys and girls clean.
While many will view their ad in New York City, you can also check out the Red Bear Hand Cleaner ad on a live webcam on www.dell.com/timessquare, which will be up and running next week.
