Thunderstorms forces Granby to postpone the Lucas Oil Canadian DIRT Series race.

Granby, PQ, Friday, July 13, 2007 - A thunderstorm that went through the Granby area around 1pm and with the weather not looking good for later on in the afternoon and with really difficult track conditions, forced Granby officials to postpone tonight`s Lucas Oil Canadian DIRT Series race. The new date is now Tuesday, August 7, 2007. Time trials are scheduled to start at 6:30pm and heats at 7pm.
Autodrome Drummond will be the host tomorrow night of the first race of the series. A 100 lap distance race plus interesting dash for cash for the top 12 qualifiers in tomorrow’s heat races. Time Trials are scheduled to start at 6:30pm and the first the green flag will be waved at 7pm. Last year`s winner at Drummondville, was David Hébert who had won over Kayle Rodiboux and Yan Bussière
