URC BAR'S LEAKS SPRINTS AT NEW EGYPT SPEEDWAY TONIGHT
The thirteenth event of the URC BAR'S LEAKS Sprint Series will invade
the New Egypt Speedway tonight, Saturday, July 14. With twelve events
already in the books for 2007, URC has delivered eleven different
feature winners, with URC point leader Curt Michael, being the only
repeat feature winner. The URC season is once again shaping up to be a
highly competitive season. Not only is there eleven different winners,
six of those drivers were first time ever feature winners in URC
competition.
Tonight also marks a point race towards the Fred's Trailer Parts New
Point Series of 2007. Trevor Lewis of Upper Black Eddy, PA, the feature
winner at the Bridgeport Speedway last Friday night, now leads the
Fred's Trailer Parts Series into the New Egypt Speedway. The previous
New Egypt URC events were won by Kevin Welsh on April 28 and Michael
Carber on June 23.
Racing action will get underway tonight at 5:30 PM. For more

The URC BAR'S LEAKS Sprints will have a two race weekend on July 20 and
July 21. URC will make their first appearance of 2007 at the Big
Diamond Raceway on Friday night, July 20 with a return visit to the
Selinsgrove Speedway on Saturday night, July 21. Both Big Diamond and
the Selinsgrove events will be part of the Valley Forge INC Pennsylvania
State Sprint Series, a mini-point series within URC.
All events are part of the URC BAR'S LEAKS season long point chase,
offering a $40,000 point fund that will be distributed at the Annual
Awards Banquet on December 8 at the Lancaster Host Inn, Lancaster, PA.
