BLOOMFIELD RAINED OUT FRIDAY; O’REILLY USMTS RETURNS NEXT FRIDAY
BLOOMFIELD, Iowa (July 27) — The Pepsi USRA Late Model Shootout and the USRA Casey’s General Stores Weekly Racing Series featuring Spilman Auto Parts USRA Modifieds, USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods, USRA Hobby Stocks and Kollision Korner Hornets that was scheduled for Friday, July 27, at the Mountain Dew Bloomfield (Iowa) Speedway has been canceled due to extremely wet conditions.
Officials will announce a make-up date for the Pepsi USRA Late Model Shootout in the near future.
Up next, the cars and stars of the O’Reilly Auto Parts United States Modified Touring Series invade Bloomfield next Friday, Aug. 3. The rugged road warriors of the O’Reilly USMTS will be led into battle by Fertile, Iowa's Kelly Shryock as the current national points leader seeks his unprecedented ninth crown. Other drivers expected for this barnburner include Zack VanderBeek, Jason Hughes, Al Hejna, Tommy Weder Jr., Scott Green, Corey Dripps, Jon Tesch, Jason Krohn, Tommy Myer, Mike Spaulding, Dean Mahlstedt, Mark Noble, Mike Hejna, Richie Gustin Jr., Ryan Gustin, Tony Fraise, Mark Burgtorf, Donovan Lodge, Brad McEwan, Alan Mondus, Joey Schaefer, Brad Pinkerton and more!
