VERNON , NY- Laps are still available for sponsorship in one of the biggest events of the season, Utica-Rome Speedway’s New Yorker 200. Lap sponsorships are a great tool to have your business mentioned or to cheer on your favorite driver and are available at $25 per lap and are available in any denomination.
The New Yorker 200 weekend starts on Friday September 14 with the Charles Tidbits Masonry Construction Race of Champions Dart Dirt Sportsman Series. The final event in the North Region will pay $2,000 to the winner of the 50 lap event. The Pure Stocks will see action in a $500 to win event with the IMCA Modifieds competing $400 to win. The 358-Modifieds will also have the opportunity for several hot lap sessions.
On Saturday September 15, the New Yorker 200 takes center stage with $10,000 up for grabs for the leader at the end of the 200 lap event. For starting the lucrative event, each competitor will receive $1,000. The Pro Stocks will join the 358-Modifieds in competition, looking to snag the $1,200 winner’s share in a 25 lap affair.
