Mother Nature claims the Empire Super Sprints Show at Edelweiss Speedway

Cantley, PQ – Friday, August 17 – Some heavy precipitations that were announced for the night forced promoter Serge Lagacé to cancel tonight`s race program at around 4pm. The ESS Tour was in town for their second visit along with a regular program.
An agreement is in the works between Lagacé and ESS to bring back the Empire Super Sprints to Edelweiss on Friday, September 21 as they have a show already planned at Frogtown on the 22. The Semi-Pro and 4 cylinders classes would also see some action on that night. More details are to come about this event in the next few days
Next week, it will be the Run What Ya Brung for Modified on Ray Matte Couvreur night. Come and see some great creations by the modified teams as they can do what they want of their vehicle. It will also be the final race in the Pro-Stock Series presented by Service de pneus Capital along with a complete race program. The admission price will be 13$ for adults.
