Franz Wraps Up O'Reilly NCRA Modified Title With Season Finale Victory

PARK CITY, Kan. (Oct. 7, 2007) – Brian Franz wrapped up a record fifth consecutive O'Reilly NCRA Modified Series presented by ICM/Ethanol title with a flag-to-flag victory in the 81 Speedway Fall Classic Sunday afternoon.
The three-day event attracted 34 modified competitors and Franz had no trouble dominating the event racing unchallenged for his 24th career victory and third of the season. Brian McGowen finished second and was followed by Greg Stephens, Marc Hurd and Rookie of the Year Jeremy Massey. Massey finished second to Franz in the final standings in his first full season with the NCRA.
