Team VLWD Members Prepare for Gumbo Nationals As the 2007 Racing Season winds down, several members of Team VLWD are preparing to make the trip to this weekends Gumbo Nationals at Greenville Mississippi. Making the trip will be the following racers:
Kyle Beard: The 2007 AMP Late Model Series Rookie of the Year who has really come on as a Late Model racer this year.He also finished 2nd over all in AMP Series points. Kyle's last race was at the Cotton Picken' 100 at Magnolia Motor Speedway last weekend, where he was caught up in a Lap 6 crash and finished 24th. Kyle hopes to change his luck this weekend with a strong finish at Greenville in his #86 GRT by Frye machine. Andy Hockenhull: The New Mexico Gentleman will be making the trip in his new #95H GRT Super Late Model. Charlie Cole: The 23 year old from Harrisburg Arkansas will be making the trip in his #2 GRT machine.
