Castner’s Performance Systems Sweetens the Pot at the Empire Super Sprint Banquet.
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – As the 24th annual Empire Super Sprint (ESS) awards banquet draws closer, Castner’s Performance Systems of Penn Yan, N.Y. as added to the already full and lucrative payoff for the 2007 version on the tour brought to you by Jacobs Motorsports. Mike Castner Jr., is a former sprint car competitor on the ESS trail and now he’s bringing his new engine building business to the sponsorship fold.
Castner’s will be providing a full day of dynamometer testing for one ESS team draw at random during the banquet. The prize package is worth over $1,000 and will be a vital part of fine tuning their alcohol breathing, fuel injected engine under the hood.
Not only will Castner’s specialize in engine building and testing but also in re-builds, custom machining and engineering. Engines from circle track, tractor pulling, drag racing, street performance, it doesn’t matter, Castner’s will bring you the very best in building, testing and tuning.
The capping of ESS’ 25th season will come on Saturday night, November 10th at the Comfort Inn and Suites. More than $34,000 in cash awaits 16 of the very best sprint car drivers in the Northeastern United States and Canada. The over all prize package will top the $65,000 mark and with the help of Mike and Ross Castner, the pot of gold is still building.
