JR Stewart Signs on to Drive For Hammons Motorsports for the 2008 Season.
After driving the yellow number 6 for a weekend this year under the Hammons Motorsports banner JR Stewart will pilot an entry for the popular Lima, Ohio car owner for the entire 2008 season. The sponsors that have supported JR Stewart through the years on his own entry will be making the transitions as well to the new team.
JR Stewart will also be doing something that he hasn’t done since the 2004 season. Next year JR will be contending for the Limaland Track and NRA Series Championships wanting to add two more titles to the Ron Hammons resume. During weekends when Lima and the NRA are off the team will continue in their Outlaw ways traveling wherever they can to compete in as many events as possible.
