December 10, 2007 (Sarver, PA) Last Friday the Lernerville Speedway kicked open the door to the 2008 season by announcing the twin $40,000-to-win purses for the Firecracker 100 and Cleveland Brothers CAT Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup XVII. This week you can step into the 2008 season with online ticketing and purchase the perfect holiday gift for the race fans on your shopping list.
The new and improved Lernerville.com was launched Friday December 7 and now features online ticketing for Lernerville’s signature events – the Firecracker 100 and Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup. To buy your tickets, simply click on the flashing “Buy Tickets Now” image above the main menu tabs. Now on the Ticket Director website, simply scroll down and click on the event you would like to purchase tickets for and follow the directions.
In addition to the Firecracker 100 and Silver Cup XVII, reserved seat tickets can also be purchased for the other two World of Outlaws events; the Showdown in Sarvertown for the Late Model Series and the Commonwealth Clash for the Advance Auto Parts Sprint Car Series. Tickets can also be purchased at this time for the All Star Sprints/MACS Late Models show to kick off Labor Day Weekend.
The Inaugural Firecracker 100 was a smash hit last year and is only going to get bigger. This year’s Firecracker will go off Friday-Saturday, June 27-28. Reserved seat tickets for the two-day show are priced at $42 for adults and $37 for children. In a tradition started last year, the advanced purchase of a two-day reserved ticket will include a free pit pass upgrade for Friday Night’s qualifying events.
Kasey Kahne’s appearance at the Cleveland Brothers CAT Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup XVI made the event a near sell out. This year’s Silver Cup XVII, scheduled for Tuesday, July 15 will bring in another huge crowd and is the perfect gift for the Sprint Car fan that is impossible to buy for! Tickets for the Silver Cup are priced at $32 for adults and $27 for children.
The Tuesday, April 15 “Showdown in Sarvertown” will serve as a Firecracker tune-up for the World of Outlaw Late Model Series. Then, the Tuesday, May 13 “Commonwealth Clash” will serve as a tune-up for the Silver Cup XVII for the Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series. Tickets for both shows are priced at $27 for adults and $22 for children.
Tickets are also on sale now for the Friday, August 29 event featuring the All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Cars, MACS Late Models and Advance Auto Parts Pure Stocks. This popular event has become the start of many racing fans’ Labor Day weekend. Tickets are priced at $27 for adults and $22 for children.
In addition to buying tickets for these five major events, you can enter a drawing for four free tickets to any Friday Night Fab Four Racing event.
