ORANGE COUNTY SQUEEZES INTO BUSY URC SCHEDULE

Twenty-nine race dates now fill the very busy Rislone URC Sprint Series
schedule of 2008 with the recent addition of the historic Orange County Fair Speedway in Middletown, NY. Orange County has always been a
popular stop for the URC sprint cars with sixty-seven visits to the
"hard clay" in the sixty year history of URC. One-hundred and
thirty-seven tracks have played host to URC through its rich history
and Orange County is ranked fifth for the most URC events. Delaware
International, Bridgeport, Flemington and the Grandview Speedway's are
the top four tracks in booking URC Sanctioned events. The demand for
URC events remain strong in the states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, New
Jersey and New York. For the competitors, the 2008 URC "smart
schedule" is quite pleasing. With the rising cost of fuel, the URC
schedule has their drivers staying close to home while still visiting
some the most high profile and top notch facilities in the nation.
"Our owners and drivers need some special consideration when it comes to
the increased cost of highway travel". It was with great regret that
we gave up our visits to the Canadian and some New York facilities a few
years back, but today, with travel costs being what they are, we know
it was the right decision", commented Managing Member Bob Miller.

The line-up of URC facilities is second to none. URC will have three
race dates at the sprint car Mecca, Williams Grove Speedway as well as
two race dates at the Lincoln Speedway and two at the scary fast
Selinsgrove Speedway. Delaware International remains the premier
facility on the Eastern Shore. In New Jersey, we have the sprawling
high speed Bridgeport Speedway as well as the fan friendly and racy New
Egypt Speedway. Back to Pennsylvania, Penn Can Speedway is on the
schedule, a facility where you can see upgrades happening week after
week as well as the recently renovated Big Diamond Speedway. And
there's always Grandview Speedway, a track every driver wants to win at.
. . . . but you have to be up to the challenge of this demanding, and
often mean one-third mile high banked oval.

For 2008, URC will continue their growth of taking 360 Sprint Car Racing
to new heights. The URC purse, point fund, car specifications and
handicapping will not be compromised in any way going into the new year
as it delivered a successful season in 2007.

Car count was strong last year and all indicators show a solid year in
2008 as well. Some top teams have shuffled over the winter months which
should open the door for another blockbuster season. Davey Sammons in
the Palladino #99, popular modified car owner Chad Sinon backing Chris
Coyle, Becca Anderson onboard for a full season in the Bar's Leaks
sprinter, Ed Aikin joining the John Pinter Team, Greg Coverdale driving
the Eldreth Construction sprinter and Curt Michael in the powerful Bill
Gallagher #5 is just a sample of some of the ride hoping. Don't count
out regulars like Kramer Williamson, Brian Seidel, Dave Ely, Jason
Clauss, Robbie Stillwaggon, Kevin Welsh, Scott Pursell, Mark Bitner,
Randy West and Joey Biasi, all contenders for a visit to victory lane
and a shot at the prestigious URC Title.

In 2007, URC delivered twenty different feature winners, making it URC's
most competitive season ever and our richest payout to drivers and
owners in the sixty year history of our nation's oldest traveling sprint
car organization.

The focus for the coming season is to execute on race night. At a time
when our competing organizations are struggling, URC is on solid ground
with a firm schedule, a posted purse and point fund, proven race
procedures, enforced car specifications and handicapping that is
especially pleasing to the race fans. "Our partners, the track
promoters need our help to deliver a well run and organized racing
program. We also plan to offer our speedway's a variety of promotional
efforts which will include event posters, pre-race car showings, advance
press releases and race night autograph sessions and fan give-aways",
added Bob Miller.

In 2008, our season will open on Saturday night, April 12 at the
Bridgeport Speedway. Several special events will highlight the Rislone
URC Sprint Series including the $3,500 to win 3rd Annual Jack Gunn
Memorial at the Selinsgrove Speedway on Saturday night, May 17. The
3rd Annual Rislone Sprint Nationals will pay $4,000 to win at the
Williams Grove Speedway on Friday night, June 6th. On Tuesday night,
August 12th, URC will be part of the 2nd Annual Kasey Khane Foundation
event and on Saturday night, October 11, URC will be the sanctioning
body for the Shoot Out at the Wheels paying $3,000 to win at the
Rolling Wheels Raceway. Sunday night, October 12 will be the rain date
for this event.

Other highlights on the schedule include two events at the Lincoln
Speedway and three race dates at the Grandview Speedway. Bridgeport
will again host the URC Sprints on a special Friday night, July 4th
date. Returning to the URC schedule will be the Penn Can Speedway.
The race will be sponsored by BPG Racing/Chad Sinon Motorsports and will
take place on Friday night, June 20. The URC season will close being
part of the Saturday night, October 18 Grandview Thunder 5-25's Features
Only program that is part of the House of Thunder Halloween
Party/Thunder on the Hill Racing Series at the Grandview Speedway.

The date for the Annual URC Spring Competitors Meeting will be announced
shortly. The agenda for the meeting will be to review in detail our
plans for 2008 including the announcement of our sponsors, contingency
programs, insurance and the Chips Reward Promotional Program for 2008.

It's full steam ahead for URC in 2008 and remember, if you own a 360
sprint car, URC is the only place to be! For a look at URC's current
