(Woodhull, NY) One of the largest over the road flat bed trucking companies has rejoined the T3 All Star Series as a point fund contributor. The L.J. Kennedy Trucking Company, with home offices in Kearny, NJ. recently announced that they would return as a major player with the fourth year touring group.
As part of the arrangement, Kennedy will contribute actual cash dollars into the 2008 T3 All Star Series point fund joining Swarthout Recycling and Wilkins RV as point fund contributors.
Each feature that is run during the 2008 T3 All Star Series campaign will be known as the L.J. Kennedy Trucking Feature event, similar to last season.
According to sources at Kennedy, “We’re thrilled to be back supporting the T3 All Star Series for 358 Modifieds presented by Troyer Race Cars. Between our involvement with the Woodhull Raceway and the T3 Series we have received a tremendous amount of exposure in the areas that we have been targeting for the past several years. With Woodhull’s immense popularity and the large coverage area that encumbers the T3 Series the Kennedy Trucking name is well known from Binghamton to the far western region of Pennsylvania. Our recent growth spurt in that area in many instances is attributed to the added amount of media coverage that we have received.
The L.J. Kennedy Trucking Companies deal with theT3 All Star Series is tied directly to the Woodhull Raceway agreement and Kennedy will receive multiple ads in an upcoming major marketing campaign at Woodhull, Clinton County as well as all T3 events.
“There is certainly power in numbers and with the deal that Vern Wasson (Woodhull Raceway and Clinton County promoter) and I have secured the Kennedy name will be heard and seen all year long, not just during race season.” That according to T3 promoter, Kenny Shupp Jr.
