The local tracks of DIRTcar Northeast are looking to give back to its race teams by offering an affordable suite package at three of its facilities. Special suite packages for race team sponsors are now available on designated nights at Cayuga County Fair Speedway, Rolling Wheels Raceway Park , and Canandaigua Speedway.
The ‘Sponsorship Suite Night’ includes food and beverage service for 12 people, as well as the spacious and welcoming suite seating that is a staple of the DIRTcar Northeast VIP towers. The goal of these nights is to assist teams in securing and maintaining valuable sponsorship opportunities.
“All of us at DIRTcar Northeast understand the importance of race team sponsorships at any level or form of DIRTcar Racing,” said DIRTcar Northeast General Manager, Jack Deery . “This package that we have put together is focused on helping to add even more value to our dedicated racers’ marketing programs. We hope that it is just one more option in assisting our teams in attracting sponsors. This is a continuation of the popular “Sponsor Nights” we held in 2007.”
Canandaigua Speedway has limited nights remaining for the suite package in 2008, including the annual Sponsor Night on Saturday, April 19. Like last season, each race team that calls the DIRTcar Northeast office at 315-834-6606 in advance will receive four FREE admission tickets to that night’s race for their sponsors, plus Pre-Race Pit Access. The “Sponsor Night” free admission tickets cannot be reserved at the gate on race night. Tickets will be mailed directly to the team sponsors. When calling to reserve your four free admission tickets, ask for DIRTcar Northeast Administrative Assistant Tana Robinson to see if a suite is available.
Rolling Wheels Raceway Park will be offering three ‘Sponsorship Suite Nights’ on its schedule. The first will be Sunday, May 4 as a part of the 28th Annual DIRT Challenge Cup as a limited number of suites will be available at a discounted price for race teams in the Advance Auto Parts Super DIRTcar Series for Big-Block Modifieds, as well as DIRTcar Sportsman Modified teams that will compete on the card.
The second night is the Firecracker Twins presented by the Army National Guard on Thursday, July 3. The Mr. DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds will be putting it all on the line in Twin 20 features, while the Mr. DIRTcar Pro Stocks, UMP Street Stock Parts Plus Big 6 Series, and Midstate Vintage Modifieds will also make tracks.
The final night will be Sunday, July 20. Starting at 7pm, the DIRTcar Big-Block Modifieds, DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds, and UMP DIRTcar Street Stocks will be in action.
