Coffrage 20-20 new sponsor at Edelweiss Speedway
Cantley, Quebec A new sponsor is joining the Edelweiss Speedway gang as Coffrage 20-20 who belongs to Mario Morissette is already a great supporter of dirt track racing for many years by sponsoring several teams and is also owner of a race team. For the 2008 season, Morissette will team up with Joel Doiron a former track champion at Edelweiss Speedway and Cornwall Motor Speedway. This team will be present every Friday nights at Edelweiss and Sundays at Cornwall.
Coffrage 20-20, who is specializing in concrete forms in Quebec and Eastern Ontario, will sponsor the hard charger award in the modified category. An amount of 100$ will be given to the driver who passes the most cars in the feature race. The award will be given in the 14 nights that the modifieds will be in action in 2008. At the end of the year, the drivers who will have accumulated the most passes will get an extra 750$ in cash award. It is a total of $2,150 that will be awarded to the participating drivers which a good incentive for this class because of the great generosity of Coffrage 20-20.
