Bear Paw Hand Cleaner Backs ASCS Patriots in 2008

Rich Vleck, TULSA, Okla. (April 17, 2008)- Last year, Chuck Hebing “cleaned up” at the 2007 Awards Banquet. This year, Bear Paw will help to clean up the hands of Hebing and the rest of the ASCS Patriot tour throughout the season.

Bear Paw Hand Cleaner joins a growing list of ASCS Patriot Region supports, bringing their revolutionary cleaning product on board in 2008 with a number of innovative packages, including title sponsorship of the overall hard charger of the season.

Now entering its fourth season, the Hard Charger of the Season has swelled in popularity for fans and competitors alike, as it has become a new point standing order to follow throughout the tour. With three different winners in three years, the wealth has been spread around from Jared Zimbardi (2005), to Don Adamczyk (2006) to Chuck Hebing last year.

Gater Racing News has been on board with this program since its inception, and will continue to be the presenting sponsor of the standings, which will be posted each week in their award-winning paper.

Points will continue to be tabulated under the same format, with competitors gaining points for each position advanced from start to finish of all ASCS Patriot A-Mains. The top three in the standings at the end of the year will split up the record-high point fund provided by Bear Paw Hand Cleaner.

“I absolutely love the Hard Charger Series,” said Bear Paw Proprieter Deane Benbenek. “This has been great for our company to get our name out there.”

In addition to the hard charger standings, Bear Paw will also sponsor the redraw process to slate the first four rows of each night’s 25-lap A-Main. In what will come to be known as the “Bear Paw Redraw”, those eligible to draw, will choose one of eight items with their starting position placed face-down. After discovering their starting position, the item will be tossed into the grandstands, where the lucky recipients will receive an additional Bear Paw gift, an ASCS Patriot Prize Pack, and become eligible to receive an ASCS Patriot shirt if the item they caught was thrown by the driver that ends up in Victory Lane.

“This is a great program for this year,” said ASCS Patriot Regional Director Mike Emhof. “We are great to have Deane and everyone at Bear Paw on board and hope this is a long-lasting partnership.”

More programs with Bear Paw Hand Cleaner will be announced in the weeks to come. Until that time, you can find out more at www.BearPawHandCleaner.com.
