POST-RACE QUOTES & NOTES:

Donny Schatz, driver of the No. 15 Armor All/Chevy/ParkerStore/J&J for TSR:
ˇ§Itˇ¦s fun to race here at Knoxville, but to get to victory lane is even better. And to race the King (Steve Kinser) for the win ... it just doesnˇ¦t get any better than that. These guys with this Armor All team work awfully hard. Everybody at Chevy has just been a tremendous help to try and get us to victory lane, and I canˇ¦t say enough about this whole Tony Stewart Racing team.

ˇ§I was struggling to get a rhythm going early in the race and (Steve) was setting a good pace. I was kind of hunting the race track a little bit early on. This race car is awesome. We had it at Eldora and it got quick time, and then we got quick time here tonight. Iˇ¦ve been praying to keep the rain away from these races. We havenˇ¦t been racing a whole lot lately, but thatˇ¦s part of life and you deal with it. You never worry about what you canˇ¦t control, and tonight we were trying to control everything we could with this race car. I want to thank my race team for hanging in there the past couple of months.

ˇ§Man, this feels good. We knew it was coming. I needed this. Everybody needed this. And we can breathe a sigh of relief and head to next weekend looking to win races again for everybody at TSR, Armor All, Chevy and ParkerStore.ˇ¨

Kraig Kinser, driver of the No. 20 Bass Pro Shops/Chevy/J.D. Byrider Maxim for TSR:
ˇ§We fell behind early in qualifying at Knoxville on Saturday night. We timed in 27th. Any time you qualify pretty far back, you have to start working to get yourself out of the hole. We were battling the handling all night. Weˇ¦re still looking for a good baseline to start out with. We make changes throughout the night, but we need to find the right starting point to work from.

ˇ§In the A-main, we were able to move forward pretty well. I started 25th and we ended up 14th. The Chevy engines that Paul Kistler builds us were there on Saturday night. They were giving us the power we needed to move up. Weˇ¦re working hard to get the No. 20 Bass Pro Shops/Chevy running in the front and Iˇ¦m looking forward to heading back to Tri-City Speedway and Paducah International Raceway this weekend.ˇ¨
