FONDA , NY – After two consecutive rainouts on April 26 and May 3, the Track of Champions Fonda Speedway will try again on Saturday, May 10 to get another action packed racing program in.
On Saturday, April 26 the IMCA and Street Stock divisions were the only two classes that were able to get in their feature events while last Saturday, May 3 was a total washout as management decided to cancel shortly before noon due to the pending weather forecast.
Looking ahead to the May 10 racing program there will be double features in the Modified, Sportsman, and Pro Stock divisions (due to the rainout on April 26) along with single feature events in the IMCA, Street Stock, and Budget Sportsman divisions. There will also be Kiddie Rides for the kids. Starting time for the racing program will be 6:00 p.m. with pit gates opening at 3:00 p.m. and front gates opening at 4:00 p.m.
