Deer Creek Succumbs to Rain

Another great week leading up to another rainout. With great weather all week the crews have been busy putting the final touches on many needed projects only to have mother nature wash away all of the hard work.



Racing action will resume on Saturday May 17 with racing in all five classes. A 5:00 start time continues for the month of May with a tentative practice date of May 18 for the drivers of the new slingshot class to be ran on the smaller 1/5 mile track on the infield.



On Saturday May 24th. The United States Modified Touring Series comes back to the Southern Minnesota Speedplant. A large field of modifieds is expected to be on hand along with the WISSOTA Super Stocks racing for $600 to win and the WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds for $400 to win.
