Crane Cams makes IMCA feature wins pay off at end of season
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (May 17) – Frequent visits to victory lane pay
off again this season for IMCA drivers, courtesy of Crane Cams.
The high performance parts manufacturer will award product
certificates totaling $7,000 to the five drivers with the most wins
in feature fields of 10 or more cars in the Modified, J & J Steel
Late Model, KSE Racing Products Sprint Car, Karl Chevrolet Northern
SportMod, Southern SportMod, and IMCA Sunoco Stock Car and Hobby
Stock classes.
The driver with the most wins receives a $300 prod uct certificate.
The second-highest total is good for $250, with $200 for third, $150
for fourth and $100 for fifth.
Ties will be broken by drivers’ finish in national standings. Product
certificates will be mailed from the IMCA home office after points
become of ficial in October.

“There was some thought to alter the Crane program in 2008, but based
on the variety of winners last season, it makes sense to continue to
recognize drivers who visit victory lane most frequently,” IMCA
Marketing Director Kevin Yoder said. “Crane is all about winning, and
drivers who do it best will inevitably become Crane customers for
years to come.”
