Sponsorships Total a Record $140,000 for the 25th Anniversary Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints.
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – As the 25th Anniversary Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprint (ESS) tour is set to hit full stride, the total in sponsorships for the 2008 season is set at over $140,000, an increase of over $10,000 from last season. In all, over 85 companies will be involved in giving all teams that enter the 31 ESS events something extra for their hard earned efforts.
“The response has been tremendous from all the companies that have been with ESS for many years, to many new companies that have been added for the current season.” noted ESS President Chuck Miller. “Not only have the cash sponsors increased greatly, but the contingencies sponsors have risen at a record rate as well. From nightly awards, to season end awards with the Lucky 21 Program which already larger than last year and that will be announced shortly. We are proud to do this for all the race teams, from ESS faithful to visiting teams that we will see this year with our new open draw system.”
Of course, Lucas Oil is heading the list as this years tour sponsor, the Lucas Oil brand brings ESS to the next level and making this a true 25th Anniversary celebration!
