“Four the Family Night” on Sunday at Cayuga County Fair Speedway
Jimmy Phelps and Alan Johnson Lead Modified Charge

This Sunday, June 1st it’s Peckham General Contracting “Four the Family Night” presented by Big Dog WUUF 103.5 FM at Cayuga County Fair Speedway. Fans receive 4 Admissions/4 Dogs/4 Fries/ and 4 Drinks for just $40! The mighty DIRTcar Big-Block Modifieds, DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds, UMP Street Stocks, and BattleKarz will take the green at 7pm.
Pit windows will open at 4pm, with grandstand admission beginning at 5pm.
Personal Seat Licenses continue to be available. Along with your personalized seat, you will also receive four DIRTcar “5-Packs.” Each 5pak coupon is good for (1) admission to all regular season events. For special events, each coupon can be used as a $12 credit towards admission.
Providing another great deal for fans, single purchases of “5-Pack” tickets can be purchased for $48.
Tickets for all regular season events will be made available at the gate. Adult general admission is set at $12, $10 for Seniors (Age 65+), $5 for children (Ages 10-14), and those under the age of 9 are FREE.
Last Sunday the Advance Auto Parts Super DIRTcar Series for Big-Block Modifieds was in town, with the event also counting for regular season track points. Series regular Dale Planck scored the big win driving the no. 77x machine ahead of Danny Johnson. After three events at Cayuga County this season Jimmy Phelps and Alan Johnson are locked in a tie at the top of the standings.
Defending champion Phelps finished third last Sunday, while Alan came home seventh. Justin Haers, Billy Dunn, and Steve Paine round out the top five runners in the season long point battle.
In the DIRTcar Sportsman Modified division young Tim Currier holds the point lead after three races in the Currier Plastics no. 10. Kevin Ridley slips to the second spot ahead of Jeremy Pitcher, Jim Spano, and Tom Juhl.
With Wayne Ellison’s big win last Sunday night the no. 18 has taken over the UMP Street Stock standings at Cayuga County . Steve Woodworth is just 2-points behind followed by Nick Rizzo, Mark Alnutt, and Mike Vaughn
