The Parts Plus Big 6 Series for UMP Street Stocks kicks-off this Sunday, June 8th at the Cayuga County Fair Speedway. The six-race stretch will consist of two events at Cayuga County Fair Speedway, Canandaigua Speedway, and Rolling Wheels Raceway Park .
The tour will move throughout the summer and fall months, with the series opener and finale taking place at 3/8 mile Weedsport oval.
“We wanted to do something extra for our Street Stock racers and we felt a six-race series between our three tracks was a nice fit,” said DIRTcar Northeast General Manager, Jack Deery. “We are excited to bring Parts Plus on board with us, and are hoping for good turn outs and the same great full-fender excitement we have grown accustom to with our Street Stock competitors at every event.”
After the opener at Cayuga County Fair Speedway this Sunday the tour will then move to Rolling Wheels Raceway July 3rd, before heading to Canandaigua Speedway on August 16th. From there the series will return to Canandaigua on September 19th and then the following weekend will move back to Rolling Wheels on September 26th. The Parts Plus Big 6 Series Champion will then be crowned during Super DIRT Week at Cayuga County Fair Speedway on October 10th.
At the conclusion of the six-race schedule a bonus point fund will be awarded to the Top-6 series finishers. The overall champion will also receive a special leather champion’s jacket.
