COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (June 6) – IMCA Modified drivers winning
track championships this year will have an additional $115 in their
racing budget when they prepare to defend their titles next season.
SuperFlow Technologies will award 2009 competitors’ licenses to
eligible drivers winning local track point crowns through a unique
contingency program with IMCA.
In addition to displaying two SuperFlow decals on their race car,
drivers are required to purchase a dyno pull from an authorized
SuperFlow test center, and send notarized dyno sheets to Marketing
Director Kevin Yoder at the IMCA home office.
“Many engine builders are utilizing SuperFlow engine dynamometers and
all drivers that can provide IMCA with their dyno sheets from that
equipment and win a track championship will receive a free 2009
Modified license,” said Yoder. “If you are getting dyno work done, be
sure and check to see if it is a certified SuperFlow dynamometer
before you do and it will pay off at the end of the year.”
The 2008 season is SuperFlow’s third as an IMCA sponsor. The Colo
rado-based flowbench and dynamome ter manufac turer had previously
been title sponsor of the five Modified regions.
The company’s website is www.superflow.com.
