Advanced Lubrication Specialties “Salute to Heroes Night” Washed Out at Canandaigua Speedway

Tonight’s Advanced Lubrication Specialties “Salute to Heroes Night” presented by WACK 1420am has been cancelled due to persistent rain showers in the western New York area.
“A heavy band of showers moved through the Canandaigua area around 2:30pm this afternoon, with another line following behind it,” said General Manager, Jack Deery. “Track crews attempted to get things moving around 3pm, which resulted in one of our track packers becoming stuck in the first turn.”
Saturday was set to be the return of the DIRTcar Big-Block Modifieds. Unfortunately, their come back will have to wait one more week when Home Necessities presents the Green Mamba Jet Car Meltdown at Sundown at 7pm on June 21st.
Pit area will open at 4pm, with grandstands opening at 5pm.
Joining the Big-Blocks will be the DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds, UMP Street Stocks, PureStox, and the ESDCA Mod Lites.
