A Regular Big 6 Show is planned for July 5, 2008
(Woodhull, NY) A first time nightly event sponsor will be at the Woodhull Raceway on Saturday, July 5, 2008 as members of the Elkland Moose will be at the track. Located in the heart of the business district of downtown Elkland, Pa. the Moose Club is a very civic minded and family orientated organization that is continually on the lookout for new members.
According to Woodhull Raceway owner, Vern Wasson, We have some long term plans for the Elkland Moose. I have been talking with my management team at the track about putting some type of a promotion together that will not only benefit the racers but also the Elkland Moose. The Moose is a terrific asset to any community and we are very fortunate here at the Woodhull Raceway to be affiliated with the members of the Elkland Moose.
Members of the Elkland Moose will be on hand at the track on July 5 armed with several hundred t-shirts and key chains. They will also be selling raffle tickets on a brand new television that will be given away at the track that night.
The racing will feature a Regular Big 6 Show of the L.J. Kennedy Trucking 358 Modifieds, the S&W Awards and Photos Crate Sportsman, the NAPA 360 Late Models along with the Morgans Auto Repair Street Stocks, the Signs Plus Mini Stocks as well as the LaBarron Brothers Repair and Parts FWD Divisions.
Gates for the July 5 show open at 4:30 with racing at 6:30.
