Brockville Ontario SpeedwayRelease 14-2008June 28, 2008 Brockville Ontario Speedway Rained Out This Week, Announces Partnership with 3M for Next Week BROCKVILLE-After successfully battling the weatherman for the first month and a half of the racing season, Brockville Ontario Speedway has finally lost a show to rain. Tonight's racing program has been cancelled. The focus now turns to next week. Brockville Ontario Speedway is pleased to announce a new partnership with 3M, a long time supporter of motorsports across North America and a key part of Brockville's economic base. 3M has stepped forward to sponsor, the July 5th program at the Beast of the East and has taken steps to make it a memorable evening for everyone. 3M employees of their Brockville operation will be out in full force to watch an exciting night of 358 Modified, Sportsman, Street Stock and Rookie racing. They have also arranged for a special Greg Biffle 3M Ford simulator to be at the track to enhance the fan experience from 5pm on. The machine is designed to give riders a real idea of what it feels like to be in Greg Biffle's seat. Brockville Ontario Speedway is located 13 kilometres north of Brockville just off County Road 29. Racing starts every Saturday night at 7pm |
