ROCHINSKI ENTERPRISES/FYI AUTO SALES DASH FOR CASH TO ADD TO ROC DART DIRT EXCITEMENT AT FIVE MILE POINT SPEEDWAY ON TUESDAY, JULY 8TH.
BINGHAMTON, NY…The excitement continues to build for the Race of Champions Dart Dirt Double Header at Five Mile Point Speedway this Tuesday, July 8th. The Modifieds will do battle in a 75 lap event with the Sportsman racing a 40 lap special. Rochinski Enterprises and FYI Auto Sales have combined to put up a special Modified Dash for Cash on Tuesday. All of the racing gets underway at 7:30 p.m.
The Dash for Cash will include all of the Modified Heat winners on Tuesday night for an eight lap “winner take all” format. The winner of the Rochinski Enterprises/FYI Auto Sales Dash will receive $600.
The best Modified talent in the entire northeast will be converging on Five Mile Point Speedway this Tuesday. The RoC Dart Dirt Series awards 5 bonus points for heat wins, now the incentive has grown even more. For the race fans this is a unique opportunity to see the best of the night do battle in an eight lap dash.
A star studded field of drivers are expected for both the Modified 75 and Sportsman 40 on Tuesday. Last year Billy Decker, Pat Ward and Stewart Friesen won the RoC Dart Dirt Modified special events. Just last week Justin Holland was the race winner in the Sportsman RoC event held at the Point.
Pit Gates open at 5 p.m. grandstand gates at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday July 8th with hot laps beginning at 6:45 p.m. and the first heat gets green flagged at 7:30 p.m. sharp.
