Black Rock Holiday Special Cancelled Due to Rain Rich Vleck, DUNDEE, NY (July 3, 2008)- Persistant showers and a forecast calling for continued precipitation has forced the cancellation of the IRL Meet and Greet event at Black Rock Speedway. The special Thursday event will not be made up, with the exception of the montly enduro, which will now be run on Friday, July 18. Racing will resume next Friday, July 11, for the Home Necessities Christmas in July $10,000 Give-a-Way. The Midstate Vintage Stockcars will also join the card.
